Cancellation policy
-24 hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments to avoid full charge of missed lesson.
-Make up lessons are available upon request, but are not guaranteed.
-Trio Small Group Lessons are subject to cancel or reschedule if paid participants are not available.
lesson expiration
-Packs of lessons will have a specified expiration date defined in users Fitli account.
-Any unused lessons remaining after expiration date will be forfeited.
